Junior Calypso Developer

About the Position

We are looking for a Junior Calypso Developer to join our team in Poznań, Poland. This is a long-term contract position with the possibility of future internalization with the client after a successful period in the role.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance activities within Calypso.
• Assist senior developers in implementing enhancements and fixes.
• Participate in testing and deployment activities.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues under mentorship.
• Work with SQL databases and existing integrations.
• Learn Capital Markets processes and Calypso architecture.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in software development.
• 2 years of experience working with Java.
• SQL/database skills.
• Strong willingness to learn Calypso and Capital Markets technologies.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent English: C1.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to financial systems or banking projects.
• Knowledge of Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix.
• Internship or academic projects related to financial technology.
