Junior Claims Administrator (Temporary)

Responsibilities

• Examine and process claims documents, undertake required adjustments, and establish claims files in legacy systems
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and written correspondence to obtain specific claim information as needed
• Review and resolve client inquiries regarding open billing invoices and statements from clients and brokers
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of claim documents, including payments, setup, acknowledgement letters, and other non-core claims processes
• Collaborate with Accounting to book corrections and assure ledger accuracy

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (reading, written, and verbal)
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to contribute to team spirit and effectively communicate across multiple environments
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent customer focus and can-do mindset
• Digital literacy and experience with MS Office Package

Nice to Have

• Knowledge and understanding of (re)insurance products and business
• Proficiency in any other European language

Salary

For Slovakia, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,300 and EUR 2,100 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

• The requirements, scope, complexity, and responsibilities of the role
• The applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills, and experience

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus. Eligibility may vary depending on the terms of Swiss Re policies and your employment contract.
