About the Position
We are seeking a (Junior) Consultant Customer Success Manager (w/m/d) for our Customer Success Team Tech & Durables in Frankfurt.
As a Junior Consultant Customer Success Manager, you will support our Customer Success Team in managing customer relationships, contributing to effective project management, and continuously developing customer relationships. You will gain valuable experience and gradually develop into a competent contact person.
Responsibilities
- Support the establishment of strong customer relationships and contribute to high customer satisfaction.
- Assist experienced Customer Success Managers in advising customers on suitable service models and self-service approaches.
- Participate in networking relevant stakeholders on the customer side, thereby promoting client engagement.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of the NielsenIQ product portfolio and our technologies and support their use with customers.
- Develop an understanding of business topics, markets, and NielsenIQ products and continuously build your consulting competence.
- Assist in analyzing customer requirements and work with internal and external stakeholders to develop suitable solution approaches.
- Support workshops and the preparation of customer presentations and the identification of potentials.
- Create analyses and derive data-based insights and recommendations for action together with your team.
- Support the creation of presentations and storylines and increasingly present analysis results independently.
- Work closely with internal teams (especially Account Management, Customer Success, and Business Units).
- Support the team in identifying customer potentials and participate in sales support activities.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
- Initial practical experience through internships, work as a student assistant, or initial professional experience in dealing with data and analyses is advantageous.
- Analytical mindset and interest in deriving relevant insights from data.
- Open mindset, strong team spirit, and a high degree of willingness to learn, engagement, and sense of responsibility.
- Good presentation and communication skills as well as a customer-oriented working style.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong interest in consumer electronics products and current market and industry trends.

- Competitive annual gross salary between 45,000.00 EUR and 60,000.00 EUR, depending on relevant professional experience, qualifications, competencies, and internal compensation structures.
