Responsibilities

• You are the link between the customer and our head office, ensuring the sales process runs smoothly.
• You inspect the cars after refurbishment meticulously, paying attention to any visual peculiarities/damage that may have occurred during transport.
• You perform the final 'beauty check' to hand over the car in perfect condition to the new owner.
• You patiently take the time for every customer and answer all questions.
• You are responsible for a positive customer experience at your location and represent Autohero with your service and representative environment.
• You perform valuations when a car is traded in. We provide you with the necessary training for this.
• You make customers happy with their new purchase!

Requirements

• In possession of a driver's license (minimum B).
• You are fluent in the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• You have already gained experience in customer contact activities.
• You have an affinity with cars and are eager to learn more.
• You are available full-time.
• You have an eye for the smallest details and are driven to deliver the best results.
• You are customer-friendly, patient, and enjoy working in a team.
