About the Position

Junior Exchange Product Manager

We’re looking for a Junior Exchange Product Manager to join our team in Madrid and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.

About the Company

Seedtag is the leading Neuro-Contextual Advertising Company.

We are redefining how advertising works in a privacy-first world by moving beyond keywords and cookies, towards understanding human emotion, intent, and context.

Powered by advanced AI and neuroscience, our proprietary technology, Liz, delivers a deep, human-like understanding of content and attention. This enables brands to connect with audiences at the right moment, in the right mindset, with ads that are relevant, engaging, and respectful of the user experience.

Founded in 2014 by two ex-Googlers, Seedtag has grown into a global company with 500+ Seedtaggers across 17 countries, backed by €250M in funding, and expanding rapidly across the open web and Connected TV.

We’re not just building technology, we’re rewriting the rules of advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Market analysis and industry trends: Stay up to date with developments in the AdTech industry, including emerging technologies, privacy regulations and market best practices. Identify relevant trends and opportunities and help translate them into actionable product improvements and business opportunities.
  • Product development: Work closely with the Engineering Manager and the squad's Backend Engineers to turn product opportunities into effective solutions. Understand development estimates, technical constraints and delivery uncertainty, helping the team define MVPs, assess trade-offs and plan future iterations. Focus on delivering value early while progressively building scalable, best-in-class technology.
  • Continuous improvement and optimization: Identify opportunities to improve Ad Exchange performance, optimize algorithms and increase operational efficiency. Work with Engineering and other stakeholders to define hypotheses, run experiments and measure the impact of product changes on business outcomes.
  • Product roadmap, metrics and success measurement: Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and relevant stakeholders to define priorities, maintain the product roadmap and coordinate the squad's delivery. Establish and track relevant KPIs, evaluate the impact of shipped initiatives and identify opportunities to improve both product outcomes and ways of working.
  • Curation platform and self-serve Deal ID activation: Contribute to the evolution of our Curation platform, a self-serve Deal ID activation solution that enables clients and partners to activate and manage curated deals at scale. Identify opportunities to unlock additional revenue, support new use cases and improve usability, automation and scalability. Work with Engineering, Curation and Commercial teams to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and prioritized initiatives.
  • Optimize the curation experience: Identify opportunities to reduce deal activation and trading times by simplifying workflows, automating manual processes and removing operational bottlenecks. Work closely with Engineering, Curation, TechOps and Commercial teams to understand pain points, prioritize improvements and measure their impact on operational efficiency and revenue generation.
