Finance Manager / Controller (m/w/d)

About the Position

We're seeking a Junior Finance Manager/Controller for our Mietwagen Travel division in Augsburg, Germany. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health and strategic alignment of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Controlling: Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights for strategic decisions.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

• Education: Very well completed economic science studies or comparable education as an accountant (m/w/d) or similar, further education as a bookkeeper (m/w/d) or similar.
• Experience: Initial experience in accounting, controlling, or accounting.
• Skills:
  • MS Office: Proficient, especially in Excel.
  • Business Intelligence Tools: Initial experience with tools like Tableau is advantageous.
  • Microsoft Navision or Dynamics 365 Business Central: Experience is beneficial.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
