About the Position
Growe is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join our team in Europe. If you are excited to analyze transactions, perform reconciliations, and prepare operational reports, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Process cash flow data in payment systems: analyze transactions, perform reconciliations, and prepare operational reports;
- Communicate with payment systems and the Operations Department regarding reconciliation and settlement issues;
- Monitor the accuracy of payment system turnovers, fees, and balances in reporting;
- Support daily financial operations and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Higher education in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
- At least 6 months of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or a similar analytical role;
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis);
- At least intermediate level of English.

- Ability to work with large volumes of data;
