Responsibilities

• Execute and support HR administrative processes across the employment lifecycle in SAP HCM, including master data maintenance support;
• Prepare standard employment certificates and maintain compliance with documentation requirements across all relevant processes;
• Support day-to-day HR service operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding documentation, contract changes, and exit processes;
• Assist in handling employee and manager inquiries, providing reliable first-level support and accurate case documentation;
• Foster continuous improvement in team processes and service quality to enhance overall HR operational efficiency and service delivery;
• Work closely with colleagues across locations to ensure consistent and high-quality HR service delivery;
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the team's transition to digital HR service tools (e.g., ServiceNow HRSD; SuccessFactors).

Requirements

• Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in HR, administration, or employee services;
• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;
• Very good communication skills in English;
• German language proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken) is required;
• Confident handling of IT systems with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy;
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP HCM knowledge is an advantage;
• Basic knowledge of German labour law and social security law is a plus;
• Motivation to learn new topics quickly and a confident, positive approach to change and ambiguity in a growing team;
• Process-oriented, structured working style with strong attention to detail;
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, international team environment.
