About the Position

MOJAM is looking for a Junior Influence Marketing Specialist whose main mission is to help grow our CS2 products. Your role isn’t just about completing tasks - it’s about diving into the product, testing hypotheses, learning fast, and bringing real value to the team. Passionate about CS? Responsibilities

  • Collecting releases from bloggers we collaborate with and maintaining a structured release tracking table
  • Managing the process of creating links for bloggers. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Handling manager requests (link creation, reviewing blogger content, etc.)
  • Preparing daily reports on issues in blogger releases
  • Collecting and analyzing databases on request
  • Conducting research tasks on demand
  • Sourcing YouTube/Twitch (and similar) influencers and validating their performance metrics
  • Understanding IM team processes and effectively using all required tools
  • Improving the quality and/or efficiency of internal team processes
  • Managing microtasks and ad hoc requests (research, list building, script writing)

Requirements

  • English level B2 (written and spoken) - to enable growth within the team
  • Experience creating scripts to automate processes and working with AI tools
  • Patience and willingness to handle daily routine tasks
  • Responsibility and strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Word, Excel, Google Sheets/Docs, and knowledge of basic formulas

Nice to Have

  • Fluent in English/Chinese/APAC languages/German/French/Portuguese/Spanish
  • Passion for CS2
  • Experience running your own YouTube channel or streaming
  • Experience in influencer marketing
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and basic prompt engineering
  • Knowledge of YouTube algorithms

Conditions

  • 2/1 schedule (2 working days, 1 day off), 5 hours per day
  • 20–25 hours per week
