About the Position
We are looking for an Influence Marketing Manager to own and scale our influence direction across different geographies. You will source YouTube and Twitch influencers, negotiate ad placements, and manage the launch of GEO-specific campaigns while driving KPIs like ROAS and CAC. You will work closely with influencers, consulting them on account growth strategies, and collaborate with the IM team on campaign analysis, process optimization, and brand awareness projects to build world-class influence marketing. We move fast, stay flexible, and go after the esports market hard. Same energy expected from you ⚡️
Responsibilities
- Search for YouTube, Twitch, and similar influencers
- Negotiate video ad placements
- Communicate with bloggers and creators
- Manage the launch of individual GEO campaigns and platforms
- Contribute to improving the overall efficiency of the IM department (ROAS, CAC KPIs)
- Participate in the analysis of placement results
- Advise influencers on account growth strategy and audience acquisition
- Participate in ongoing analysis of launched campaigns in specific GEOs, including audience analysis
- Improve the quality and efficiency of processes within the IM team
- Participate in organizing and running individual BAW projects
Requirements
- Conversational and written English B2+
- 2+ years of experience in Influence Marketing
- Experience in negotiations
- 3+ years of experience in marketing
- Understanding of the esports industry
- Knowledge of digital performance marketing approaches and methodologies
- Experience working with analytical tools
Nice to Have
- Passion for CS2
- Experience running your own influencer channel
- Understanding of YouTube SEO/SERM algorithms
- Fluent communication in Chinese, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Polish
- Experience working with AI tools
- Experience participating in brainstorms and developing creative campaigns
