Junior Java Developer

About the Position

We are currently seeking a Junior Java Developer for our client, an international company in the FinTech sector, located in Warszawa, Poland. The role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing environment with attractive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Implementing software solutions based on provided analytical and technical documentation.
• Creating technical documentation.
• Providing technical support for existing systems.
• Reporting progress to supervisors.
• Collaborating with teams supporting software production.

Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming.
• Practical experience with JEE, Spring, Hibernate.
• Familiarity with software development tools: Maven, SVN/Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Jira.
• Knowledge of relational databases, particularly Oracle (PL/SQL is a plus).
• Responsibility and diligence, with a readiness to create new solutions in accordance with the adopted process.
• Ability to independently solve problems and easily learn new technologies.
• Communicative proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in creating SPA applications using AngularJS.
• Knowledge of eCommerce is an advantage.
