Responsibilities

• Provide competent advice and support to all our customers regarding cruises via mail and telephone
• Independently handle complaints and customer inquiries
• Assist in optimizing our work processes

Requirements

• Completed training as a tourism merchant (m/w/d) or a comparable commercial education with professional experience in tourism
• Enthusiasm for sales, sociability, and customer orientation as well as enjoyment in consultation conversations
• Fluent German skills, English skills are an advantage
• Willingness to work in a shift system (3 shifts between 7:30 – 23:00, 5-day week)
• Availability for weekend and public holiday shifts, with the possibility of mobile work
