About the Position

We are seeking a (Junior) Customer Advisor in Insurance or Finance (all genders) for our team in Vienna, focusing on customer service and sales.

Responsibilities

Actively taking incoming insurance or finance inquiries and qualifying potential clients based on their needs, creditworthiness, and likelihood of closing a deal.
Conducting structured sales conversations and presenting suitable insurance or finance solutions in a convincing and goal-oriented manner.
Comparing offers from various banks and using them strategically as selling points in client discussions.
Professionally handling objections, following up on open leads consistently, and guiding conversations until contract closure.
Achieving defined sales and revenue targets and developing professionally, financially, and career-wise based on performance.

A completed commercial education, ideally in the insurance sector or relevant professional experience in sales.
High social competence and a sense of responsibility.
Structured and results-oriented working style.
Quick comprehension and a strong understanding of processes.
A high degree of ambition and commitment.
