Junior Manager for Corporate Clients

About the Position

The largest insurance broker in Ukraine is seeking a Junior Manager for Corporate Clients to join our Property Insurance Department in Kyiv. This role focuses on client acquisition and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Conducting analytics and compiling profiles
• Appointment, organization, and holding meetings with potential target clients
• Collection and processing of technical information about the insured object (client’s asset)
• Coordination of insurance terms and contracts with clients
• Coordination of agreements between clients and banks
• Obtaining recommendations from existing clients
• Assistance to the immediate manager in attracting new clients: search and analytics of potential clients, including by monitoring information resources and working with the CRM system
• Preparation of presentation materials for clients at the request of the manager
• Attending networking events
• Servicing the portfolio of existing clients:
  • Timely and high-quality update of client agreements
  • Control over timely delivery of documents to clients and return of documents by clients
  • Timely invoicing
  • Conclusion of necessary additional agreements to existing contracts
  • High-quality and comprehensive consultation of clients on all insurance issues
  • Control over the indexation of insurance amounts of contracts that are being renewed

Requirements

• Higher education
• Experience in service/communication with corporate clients
• Competent oral and written language
• Confident PC user (MS Office)
• Attention to detail, high organization, systematic work
• Ability to listen and persuade, business communication skills
• Purposefulness, desire to grow and develop professionally
