About the Position

We are looking for a Marketing Development Representative to support lead generation, market research, and CRM management for a fast-growing IT services company. You will research and qualify prospects, manage customer database activities, and contribute to conversion initiatives in a remote-first, agile environment with no micromanagement. The role is ideal for someone with 0.5–1 year of experience in sourcing or lead generation who is eager to grow as a marketing specialist.

Requirements

0.5–1 year of experience in sourcing or lead generation
Ability to Google like a Pro and present research in a structured way
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Intermediate English level
Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle large volumes of written communication daily
Aptitude for easy learning and fast adaptation
Creative thinking and a goal-oriented mindset

Nice to Have
