Junior Media Buyer

We are a full-cycle digital marketing agency, DigitalArt, with over 5 years of experience and more than 1000 projects completed for clients in Ukraine, Europe, the USA, and the Middle East. Our global goal is to scale our clients' businesses and elevate them to a fundamentally new level. Therefore, we have assembled a team of professionals who work diligently to achieve this.

More than a year ago, we discovered a new direction of work and established a separate department, DA Arbitrage.

Our goal is divided into business objectives and social goals. Both are still transforming, but we know for certain that:

• First, we want to earn a lot, very impossibly much, and we do everything possible to achieve this;
• Second, we will revolutionize the arbitrage industry, we don't know how yet, but we will do it;
• Third, we are building a strong and reliable team, we believe that it is through people and quality management that fantastic results are achieved.

We have no restrictions on ideas, budgets, proposals, walls in communication, or closed doors in career growth; all this is available to those who show stable results.

As part of your work, your goals will be:

• To find and scale working connections;
• To reduce the cost of target conversion;
• To optimize traffic to obtain a continuous flow of advertising;
• To meet KPIs regarding the required quantity, quality, and price of traffic.

Here are the criteria you must meet:

• Experience in search/feed arbitrage, or a strong desire to develop in this direction;
• Residence in Odesa and the ability to visit the office;
• Launched FB/TikTok accounts from scratch;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets;
• Successful experience with trackers and analysis of results.

It will be a plus, but not mandatory:

• Experience with Click Fraud;
• Worked with large budgets, from $30k per month;
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Worked with other traffic sources besides FB/TikTok.

Our company fully provides the administrative activities of these foundations and allocates funds for their main goals.

We regularly purchase FPV drones and supply our defenders with cars. This year, we decided to expand our support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and began investing in military startups engaged in the production of attack drones, as this direction is one of the most priority for our armed forces.
