About the Position

Junior Media Buyer

DigitalArt, a full-cycle digital marketing agency, is seeking a Junior Media Buyer to join our team in Odesa, Ukraine. Alternatively, a remote option is available. Our mission is to scale businesses and achieve new heights in the digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities

• Find and scale working connections
• Reduce the cost of target conversion
• Optimize traffic to achieve a continuous flow of advertising
• Meet KPIs regarding the required quantity, quality, and price of traffic

Requirements

• Experience in search/feed arbitrage or a strong desire to develop in this direction
• Residence in Odesa with the ability to visit the office
• Experience launching FB/TikTok accounts from scratch
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Successful experience working with trackers and analyzing results

Nice to Have

• Experience with Slick Flare
• Experience working with large budgets, from $30k per month
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Experience with traffic sources other than FB/TikTok

• Flexible working hours: You will finish depending on the start of your workday: 8-hour workday from Mon-Fri, 8:00 – 10:00 to 17:00 – 19:00, lunch break at any time and not regulated, as the main thing for us is quality work and completed tasks, not the number of hours worked
