About the Position
We are looking for a Junior Operations Manager Poland to join our dynamic team at ABOUT YOU. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving localization of marketing campaigns and tailoring content to capture the Polish market.
Responsibilities
- Drive the localization of marketing campaigns and tailored content to successfully capture the Polish market alongside the Country Manager
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like Logistics, Customer Service, and Marketing to ensure seamless operations
- Translate and localize high-impact sales campaigns, engaging newsletters, and fashion content from English into Polish
- Monitor Polish market trends, key competitors, influencer partnerships, and service developments to keep us ahead of the curve
- Conduct continuous quality assurance on our website to deliver a flawless, high-converting shopping experience
- Manage daily operations while keeping a sharp eye on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct deep-dive market analyses to uncover exciting new growth opportunities in Poland
Requirements
- Native-level Polish language skills, both written and spoken, with a strong feeling for local nuances
- Fluency in English for daily communication in an international team (German is a plus)
- Initial hands-on experience in business development, project management, customer service, or logistics
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially solid Excel skills
- Strong communication abilities, analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented mindset
