About the Position

We are seeking a Personalreferent Recruiting (m/w/d) Bereich Kredite Finance to join our team in Munich. This role focuses on talent acquisition and the use of modern technologies in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Utilize digital tools and Bewerbermanagementsystemen (ATS) for recruiting.
• Engage with KI to implement modern technologies in recruiting.
• Leverage your BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie, and Personalmanagement skills.
• Gain practical experience in Talent Acquisition and Personalberatung.

Requirements

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Personalmanagement, or a comparable field.
• Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Personalberatung, oder Ähnlichem.
• Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools; erste Erfahrungen mit Bewerbermanagementsystemen (ATS) von Vorteil.
• KI begeistert Dich und Du möchtest moderne Technologien aktiv im Recruiting einsetzen.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
