(Junior) Produktmanager (m/w/d) CPO Office

About the Position

We are seeking a Junior Product Manager (m/w/d) CPO Office to join our dynamic team at CHECK24's headquarters in Munich. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Product Officer, contributing to innovative product concepts with a focus on user experience and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Design the future of our products: Analyze customer needs and develop innovative product and service ideas that provide real value.
• Scout trends & technologies: Monitor developments in the digital and tech world, conduct competitive analyses, and benchmark state-of-the-art technologies.
• Advise and support our product worlds: Assist Product Owners in optimizing user journeys and elevate the user experience of our comparisons.
• Work closely with leadership: Develop concepts, pitch your ideas to CHECK24 decision-makers, and grow through direct interaction at the management level.
• Network stakeholders & knowledge: Ensure smooth communication between teams, promote efficient knowledge transfer, and drive the advancement of the entire CHECK24 Group.

Requirements

• Excellent Master's degree with a technical, scientific, or business focus
• High motivation and a desire to establish the best product solutions and user experiences for our customers
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for the online world, digital trends, and artificial intelligence – ideally, you have already engaged with topics such as Prompt Engineering, Feature Design, and development with modern AI tools like Claude, Cursor, or Lovable
• High self-initiative and the ability to immerse yourself in complex products and processes, question them, develop improvement approaches, and communicate them clearly
• Structured and precise work, attention to detail, and a strong sense of quality
• Fluent communication skills in German and English (minimum C1 level)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Prompt Engineering
• Experience with Feature Design
• Experience with modern AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Lovable
