About the Position

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join an established organization and support the delivery of a varied portfolio of IT and business change projects.

Responsibilities

Manage several concurrent IT project workstreams, ensuring actions, milestones, and dependencies remain on track.
Coordinate projects such as CRM upgrades, ERP optimization, HCM stabilization, and wider systems improvements.
Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance documentation.
Organize project meetings, track actions, and follow up with stakeholders and delivery teams.
Support budget, resource, and supplier management where required.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate appropriately.
Provide clear progress updates to senior stakeholders and project sponsors.

Requirements

Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, PMO, or similar IT delivery role.
Experience supporting or managing technology, systems, or business change projects.
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Good understanding of standard project management processes, governance, and reporting.
Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, HCM, or CRM systems would be advantageous.

We Offer

Salary: £450-475 per day
Location: London (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract - Outside IR35
