Junior Project Manager for the Unified State Electronic System in the Construction Sector project

About the Position

East Europe Foundation, within the framework of the USAID/UK Dev project Digital Transformation Activity (hereinafter – DTA), together with the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine, announces a competition for the position of Junior Project Manager for the Unified State Electronic System in the Construction Sector project.

Start date: July 2024.

Term of involvement: until the end of 2024.

Work format: mixed (offline and online).

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly reports on the progress of work and project implementation.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including representatives of the Ministry and contractors.
• Support the conclusion of contracts and negotiation of project terms and conditions.
• Support project management in Jira (Confluence), ensure the relevance and accuracy of information, administer users and projects.
• Solve organizational issues in the team and participate in planning meetings and gatherings.
• Monitor compliance with the deadlines for completing tasks.
• Identify and resolve problem situations, respond to stakeholder requests.

Requirements

• Experience as a project manager (at least three months).
• Higher education.
• Experience in project management or administration will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
• Ability to work in conditions of great responsibility and urgent tasks.
• High result orientation and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in the Jira project management tool (user administration, project setup, ability to read technical documentation and troubleshoot problems).
• Experience in Confluence documentation will be an advantage.
