About the Position
Codebridge is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join their team. This role involves recruiting candidates for junior and mid-level positions, conducting HR interviews, and managing candidate communication.
Responsibilities
- Recruit candidates for junior and mid-level roles
- Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate fit based on role requirements
- Guide candidates through the hiring journey, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate profiles and next steps
- Source candidates to build strong pipelines
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS and ensure job postings are clear and up-to-date
Requirements
- 0.5+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT or tech-related roles)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
