About the Position
Codebridge is looking for a Junior Recruiter who’s ready to close junior and mid-level roles. You’ll conduct HR interviews, manage candidate communication, and work closely with hiring teams to ensure smooth and thoughtful recruitment. Responsibilities
- Recruit candidates for junior and mid-level roles
- Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate fit based on role requirements
- Guide candidates through the hiring journey, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate profiles and next steps
- Source candidates to build strong pipelines
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS and ensure job postings are clear and up-to-date
Requirements
- 0.5+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT or tech-related roles)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
