About the Role
At NielsenIQ, we empower consumer goods companies worldwide to make informed business decisions based on data. To ensure our sales team operates effectively, we need robust processes and reliable support. As a Junior Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be part of our German Sales Enablement Team, ensuring our sales processes run smoothly. You will work closely with Sales Consultants and teams from Finance, Order Management, and Customer Success, supporting them in daily operations with CRM, reporting, and contract processes.
This position is ideal for candidates with initial experience in Sales Support or Sales Operations who wish to develop in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Support our Sales Consultants in daily operations and serve as the first point of contact for CRM-related issues.
- Coordinate contract renewals, including data entry in the CRM system, and assist in contract creation and approval processes.
- Maintain opportunities, accounts, and other sales-related data in Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring high data quality.
- Support pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Order Management, Billing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless sales cycle.
- Help introduce new CRM features and global standards to the German sales teams.
- Analyze key metrics and support the continuous improvement of our sales processes.
Requirements
- Initial experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Sales Administration, or a similar field.
- Experience with a CRM system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
- Initial experience with reporting or data analysis (e.g., Power BI or similar tools).
- Interest in sales processes and a good understanding of data and relationships.
- Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented work approach.
- Enjoy working with various internal stakeholders and proactively driving issues forward.
- Very good German and very good English skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Sales Enablement.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools.
