Responsibilities

In this role, you will be a key contact for our Sales Consultants, supporting them with administrative and operational tasks related to the sales process.

• Support the sales team with contract renewals, including CRM system input and preparation of contract templates
• Maintain and update customer, account, and opportunity data in Microsoft Dynamics
• Assist with pipeline management and ensure high data quality in the CRM
• Support forecasts and preparation of sales metrics
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Order Management, Billing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless processes
• Assist in the implementation of new CRM features and global sales standards
• Analyze existing processes and identify optimization opportunities in daily sales activities
• Support cross-departmental projects related to sales and sales operations

Requirements

• Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in sales administration, sales support, sales operations, or a similar role
• Experience with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
• Initial experience in reporting, e.g., with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• Structured, meticulous, and independent working style
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment in collaborating with various internal stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and ability to proactively drive topics

Languages:

• Very good German (native)
• Very good English
