Junior Specialist, Sales Operations

About the Position

3Shape, a global leader in 3D scanning and CAD/CAM solutions for dental and hearing professionals, is seeking a Junior Specialist, Sales Operations to join our Sales Operations Department in Szczecin, Poland. This role involves managing orders and requests from distributors worldwide. If you are passionate about contributing to a better world and have a knack for sales operations, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Creating sales orders for customers and handling purchase orders.
• Creating and maintaining software subscriptions.
• Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
• Monitoring customer accounts.
• Providing data and reports to help the sales team.
• Intensive communication with dealers around the world, via phone, email, or other available communication channels.
• Supporting customers globally, which may require a shift-based schedule between 7:00 and 18:00.

Requirements

• Fluent English, both verbally and in writing (essential condition).
• Organized, flexible, communicative, with analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX) is an advantage.

• Proficiency in any other language.
