Responsibilities

In your direct entry as a Junior Supply Chain Manager, you will work in one of our distribution channels such as Pharmacy, Consumer Products, Luxury, or Professional Products in areas like Supply or Demand Planning, Co-Packing, or Portfolio Management.

You will take on responsibility from day one, giving you the opportunity to push boundaries:

• You are an active initiator and coordinator in the local and international network.
• You manage the planning and execution of daily business.
• Additionally, you will take on your own innovative projects and work on solving complex challenges.

You are connected with all departments:

• You manage all information flows and processes for optimal procurement, product availability, and inventory planning.
• You collaborate closely with your internal interfaces: Sales and Marketing teams, HQ in Paris, factories, customer service, and warehouse management.
• You leverage synergies created through close collaboration with external partners such as suppliers or logistics companies.

Flat hierarchies and an intensive integration program help you get up to speed quickly and connect company-wide. An individual training plan supports your professional and personal development.

Requirements

• You love the complexity and high dynamics of our industry.
• You have a quick understanding and a pronounced can-do mentality.
• You show enthusiasm for performance-oriented work and entrepreneurial action. You work independently, analytically, precisely, and goal-oriented.
• You ideally have a Master's degree in Business/Engineering, preferably with a focus on Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
• You have initial practical experience, whether through internships or work-study positions, ideally in the FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) industry.
• You speak fluent German and English; very good knowledge of Excel & SAP is advantageous.
