About the Position
Our client - SUZIE, a leading Ukrainian children's clothing brand with over 15 years on the Ukrainian market. The company has a full cycle of clothing creation - from sketch to delivery to the recipient, has received over 20 awards at international exhibitions, and over 90% of clients return. The brand is known for its quality fabrics, original models, and a young, ambitious team of professionals.
Due to the expansion of the team, we invite a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager with a technical inclination. We also consider candidates with sysadmin experience or background who want to develop in the digital direction.
Requirements
- Technical support of the office: configuring Windows, printers, office equipment
- Administration of company CRM systems (Bitrix24, KeyCRM) and internal server
- Performing tasks for automating business processes
- Participation in prototyping and updating the company website
Responsibilities
- Confident PC user, understanding of Windows administration basics
- Experience or knowledge at the sysadmin level - will be a plus
- Basic knowledge of servers and SQL databases (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Interest in CRM systems and automation
- Technical acumen and willingness to understand new systems independently
- Proactivity and willingness to propose solutions
- Stress resistance and responsibility
- Desire for professional growth
