About the Position
Global Internet Service Provider is currently seeking a Junior System/Network Engineer to join our team in the Lima office.
Responsibilities
- Handle technical inquiries and complaints through the internal ticketing system
- Troubleshooting and escalating issues to the next level of support
- Participate in the company’s local operations activities
- Work with documentation
Requirements
- Computer literacy
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows, and Networking
- Experience in server installation, setup, and maintenance
- Experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and documenting
- Ability to work independently and cooperate with the team
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Fluent English
