Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Dutch Speaking

About the Position

We are hiring a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Dutch Speaking for our team in Birkirkara, Malta. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Finding the best candidates using Job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, our database, and referrals.
• Screening: Speaking to candidates (telephone and face to face) to match them to the right roles.
• Shadowing: Attending candidate and client meetings with senior colleagues.
• Networking: Building relationships with candidates and clients.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch (proficiency is essential).
• Approachable, proactive, and energetic attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• At least 1 year of experience working within a customer/client-facing role.
• Experience in Recruitment and social media will be an advantage.
• Experience or relevant degree in relation to the area of HR/TA would be an asset.
