Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Dutch Speaking
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in Dutch to join our team at Evolution, the world’s leading provider of video-streamed Live Casino solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Find the best candidates using Job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, our database, and referrals.
- Screening: Speak to candidates (telephone and face to face) to match them to the right roles.
- Shadowing: Attend candidate and client meetings with senior colleagues.
- Networking: Build relationships with candidates and clients.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Approachable, proactive, and energetic attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- At least 1 year of experience working within a customer/client-facing role.
- Experience in Recruitment and social media will be an advantage.
- Experience or relevant degree in relation to the area of HR/TA would be an asset.
