Junior Technical Analyst | APIs & AI

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Are you a developer or technical professional who enjoys understanding how systems work together and wants to grow towards analysis?

You'll work in a highly technical environment where APIs, integrations, and AI-assisted software delivery play a central role. Rather than building software yourself, you'll learn how to analyze requirements, design solutions, and translate business needs into detailed specifications that support modern development processes.

This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who wants to combine technology, communication, and problem-solving. You'll work in a relatively small IT organization where visibility is high, ownership is encouraged, and your contribution can have a direct impact on how solutions are built.

You'll gradually learn how to:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Work with APIs and system integrations
• Collaborate with developers and technical experts
• Create detailed analyses that support AI-assisted software development
• Understand complex application and data flows
• Identify opportunities to improve existing solutions
• Contribute to innovative projects within a modern technology environment

Requirements

• Has a master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Applied Informatics, or a similar field
• Has gained initial programming experience through a first job, internship, traineeship, or personal projects
• Has a strong technical curiosity
• Is interested in APIs, integrations, and software design
• Enjoys solving problems and understanding how systems work
• Communicates clearly and enjoys collaborating with others
• Is willing to learn and grow in a technical analysis role
• Has a good professional level of Dutch and English
