Responsibilities

• Technical review and smooth takeover of orders from sales
• Material procurement in coordination with the respective project requirements
• Holistic control of order processing in the heat pump sector
• Independent processing and reliable completion of your orders
• Close coordination with assembly teams and involved interfaces
• Targeted scheduling of assembly, commissioning, and follow-up work
• Proactive support of our customers as the central contact person throughout the entire project

Requirements

• Technical understanding in the field of HVAC, heating technology, or heat pump systems (e.g., training as a mechanical engineer, technician, or similar)
• Initial practical experience in order management, project management, or technical clerical work is advantageous
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• High degree of self-motivation and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Interest in renewable energies and the energy transition

Nice to Have

• Experience in renewable energy
• Additional technical certifications
