(Junior) Total Rewards Manager - Equity Compensation (all genders)

Responsibilities
- Manage our equity programs and related operational cycles (grants, vesting, settlements, and documentation)
- Act as the main point of contact for equity topics across all stakeholders, including program participants, senior management, and partners in P&O, Finance, and Zalando
- Continuously (re-)design and streamline equity processes to ensure smooth and accurate execution across all involved teams
- Prepare, analyze, and present key HR metrics and reports for P&O, Finance, and Zalando stakeholders
- Drive key P&O Analytics and Controlling initiatives beyond core equity cycles, translating complex data into actionable business insights
Requirements
- Exceptional numerical reasoning, logical thinking, and a problem-solving attitude
- Advanced skills in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and a strong affinity for working with data, systems, and tools
- High attention to detail, strong process-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to stakeholders at different levels
- Degree in Business, Economics, HR, Finance, Data/Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with Equity Compensation or Employee Share Schemes
- First touchpoints with Compensation & Benefits or HR Analytics
