Job description

About the Position

We’re looking for a Junior Workplace and People Operations Specialist who combines curiosity, analytical thinking, and a hands-on approach to HR and workplace management. You’re someone who enjoys working with people, organizing projects and processes, and creating a workplace where others can do their best work. You also enjoy working with data - understanding why something is happening, identifying patterns, and using insights to make thoughtful, evidence-based decisions. Whether you're supporting recruitment, improving internal processes, or managing day-to-day workplace operations, you stay organized, take initiative, and enjoy turning ideas into action. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit for you.

Please note that this position is procured by a third party representing a local partner. Bolt Group companies are not involved in the recruitment process.
