Senior Tender Manager

About the Position
We're seeking a Senior Tender Manager to lead Bolt's B2G ride-hailing tender programme across Europe. Based in London or the Nordics, you'll own strategic government tender submissions that help shape how public sector organisations access mobility services. Reporting to the Head of B2G, you'll play a key role in winning and retaining high-impact public sector partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of complex government tenders across Europe.
- Develop and execute strategic bid submissions for public sector organisations.
- Partner closely with Operations, Legal, Finance, Product, Compliance, Public Policy, and senior leadership teams.
- Manage tender pipelines and build scalable bidding processes.
- Influence Bolt's ability to win and retain public sector partnerships across multiple European markets.
Requirements
- Experience in Public Procurement.
- Strong understanding of Public Policy.
- Expertise in managing Government Tenders.
