About the Position

We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and successful completion of projects creating, implementing, and developing information systems, software, and digital services.

You will coordinate the work of cross-functional teams, interact with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, and ensure project execution aligns with defined goals, scope, budget, timelines, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

Managing the full lifecycle of IT projects: from initiation and planning to implementation and closure.
Developing project charter, execution plan, timeline, budget, and roadmap.
Defining project goals, scope, success criteria, and key results.
Managing project requirements, changes, risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
Coordinating the work of development, testing, business analysis, system administration, architecture, and other project participants.
Planning resources, task allocation, and team workload control.
Organizing and conducting project meetings, including Scrum ceremonies in Scrum-based projects.
Monitoring project performance against timelines, budget, quality, and agreed scope of work.
Managing interactions with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Preparing regular reports on project status, risks, budget, and key metrics.
Ensuring compliance with corporate standards and project management processes.
Organizing project deliverables acceptance, solution deployment, and transition period support.

Requirements

Higher education in information technology, computer science, management, or a related field.
At least three years of experience in managing IT projects.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Practical experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban, and/or Waterfall.
Experience in project planning, budget management, resource management, risk management, and change management.
Understanding of software development, testing, implementation, and maintenance processes.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Skills in preparing presentations, roadmaps, reports, and project documentation.
High level of communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to make decisions, prioritize, and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to Have

PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
Understanding of CI/CD principles and practices.
Experience implementing cybersecurity systems, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise information systems.
Experience managing a project portfolio or a program of interrelated projects.
