About the Position
Universal Bank is a modern Ukrainian bank with a stable reputation for 30 years. Our bank is known for its successful innovative project monobank, a joint retail product of Universal Bank in collaboration with the IT company Fintech Band, which is already actively used by over 10 million clients.
We need your professionalism for:
- Communication with international payment systems (IPS) and support
- Interaction and verification of invoices for tariff correctness
- Monitoring changes in tariffs, products, and services of IPS
- Participation in KYC processes and resolving issues in favor of the Bank
You are our candidate if:
- You have 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field
- You know the rules and requirements of IPS
- You have experience in interacting with international payment systems
Responsibilities
- Communication with international payment systems (IPS) and support

Requirements
