About the Position

NovaPay, an international financial service within the NOVA Group, is seeking a Керівник напряму Customer Value Management (CVM) & Customer Analytics to lead our Customer Value Management and Customer Analytics function. This role is pivotal in driving B2C business growth through effective customer lifecycle management, personalized offers, CRM communications, and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Building the CVM Function

  • Formulate a Customer Value Management strategy.
  • Establish customer lifecycle management.
  • Implement segmentation and identify priority customer segments.
  • Develop a system of personalized offers.

• CRM Communications

  • Organize the full cycle of CRM campaigns - from segmentation and scenario building to launch and evaluation.
  • Channels: Push, In-App, SMS, Email, and other digital channels.

• Active Sales

  • Drive sales through digital channels:
    • Upsell, Cross-sell, Reactivation, Repeat Sales.
    • Increase product usage and penetration.

• Customer Analytics

  • Build a customer analytics system, including segmentation, behavioral and product analytics, Customer Journey, Funnel, Retention, Churn, and LTV.

• BI and Dashboard

  • Develop a management reporting system and dashboards for active base, products, conversions, sales, campaign effectiveness, and key B2C KPIs.

• Experiments and Optimization

  • Conduct A/B testing and hypothesis verification.
  • Evaluate business impact and scale successful practices.

• Development of the CVM Platform

  • Act as the business owner for the development of Campaign Management, Recommendation Engine, Decision Engine, Customer Analytics Platform, and CDP.

Requirements

• Experience

  • 5+ years in CRM / CVM / Customer Analytics / Digital Sales.
  • Experience in building CVM or CRM functions.
  • Experience in finance, banking, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • Experience in managing teams and working with large customer databases.
  • Experience in personalized campaigns and product analytics.

• Skills

  • SQL, Power BI / Tableau / Looker, Amplitude / Mixpanel / GA4, CRM and CDP platforms, Campaign Management Systems, A/B testing, Customer Journey Mapping.
