About the Position

We are seeking a Car Inspection Department Manager to lead our inspection team in Ketzin/Havel, Germany, ensuring high-quality vehicle inspections.

Responsibilities

• Management and control, as well as skilled planning of work for one of our workshop teams consisting of approximately 10-15 employees
• Active role in the selection of new employees and continuous team development
• Providing technical guidance on repairs, maintenance, and inspections, as well as diagnostics of damages, and participating in the implementation of new repair methods
• Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing them in the workshop organization and workplace design
• Conducting internal quality controls and supporting workplace safety and hygiene guarantees in the workshop
• Reporting directly to the site manager

Requirements

• Completed training in motor vehicle mechanics (engineer or master craftsman diploma is welcome)
• Several years of experience in management at a comparable position in workshops or the industrial sector
• Technical and manual skills
• Responsibility and organized work approach
• Communicative knowledge of German or English
• Active driving license category B
