LPP Logistics, a part of the LPP Group, is a company that was created in response to the growing importance of efficient logistics throughout the entire supply chain. The rapid development of our warehouse facilities has made it necessary to manage this area with a strategic approach and tailored solutions.

Products from our 5 brands are shipped to nearly 40 countries on 3 continents, both to retail stores and e-commerce customers. LPP Logistics takes care of the entire complex process (the product journey from the supplier to the end recipient). The company employs experts for the entire supply chain: freight forwarding services, customs clearance, process and warehouse automation engineering, technology traffic maintenance, transport, and domestic and international distribution.

Responsibilities

• Organizing warehouse work to ensure a high level of order fulfillment with good quality and timeliness
• Measuring and reporting KPIs, SLAs
• Continuously improving processes to streamline logistics operations
• Planning and controlling the work of the operations team
• Ensuring a high level of logistics operations quality
• Closely cooperating with warehouse operations planners
• Controlling all activities related to warehouse management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of warehouse logistics, distribution, or fulfillment processes
• Knowledge of WMS systems
• Ability to manage projects
• Higher education
• English language proficiency at a level that allows for fluent communication

• Experience with ERP systems
