About the Position

We are looking for a Production Manager (k/m/n) to oversee the production department, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely completion of welded steel structures.

Responsibilities

• Managing the production department responsible for manufacturing welded steel structures, including supervising Production Masters and their teams,
• Overseeing the execution of production processes in terms of quality, efficiency, and timeliness,
• Developing, organizing, and supervising the implementation of production plans,
• Leading production teams and organizing their work,
• Analyzing production indicators and taking and monitoring corrective actions,
• Optimizing production processes and workflows based on Lean Manufacturing and CIP principles,
• Collaborating with other departments, particularly the design office, production planning, logistics, and quality assurance,
• Ensuring proper work organization, effective resource utilization, and achieving set production goals,
• Making decisions and implementing actions to improve the functioning of the managed area.

Requirements

• Experience in managing a team or production department,
• Knowledge of processes related to the manufacture of welded steel structures,
• Higher technical education,
• Ability to organize the work of production teams and effectively manage the implementation of production plans,
• Independence, responsibility, and willingness to make decisions,
• Good work organization and ability to analyze production indicators,
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel,
• Knowledge of English or German at a level that allows for fluent communication,
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles,
• Experience in optimizing production processes and implementing improvement actions (desirable)
