About the Position
We are seeking a Retail Consultant in SAP to join our team, focusing on designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Retail solutions to support business goals and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Designing, creating, implementing, and launching SAP Retail solutions to support business objectives and meet client needs
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into system improvements and functional solutions
- Conducting configuration, customization, and testing of the SAP Retail system based on industry best practices
- Identifying gaps and issues in the system and proposing effective solutions and improvements
- Managing changes in IT systems and coordinating them
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and designated client representatives
- Conducting internal and external training within the scope of their expertise
- Providing continuous support and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of IT solutions
- Participating in continuous improvement activities and supporting business transformation projects
- Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a SAP Retail consultant, SAP IS-Retail consultant, or in a similar functional role within the SAP system
- Extensive practical experience with SAP Retail / IS-Retail
- Experience in configuring and customizing the SAP system
- In-depth knowledge of business processes in retail and system integration
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into system solutions
- Ability to identify problems, solve them, and propose improvements
- Experience in conducting workshops and training, and in direct collaboration with business stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to work independently and in an international environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Retail
- Knowledge of SAP MM and/or SAP SD modules
- Experience in international implementation projects or introducing new solutions
- Experience in the retail industry, FMCG industry, or consumer goods industry
