About the Position
We are looking for a SAP-Retail-Berater to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and deployment of SAP Retail solutions to support business goals and meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Conception, Development, Implementation, and Deployment of SAP-Retail-Lösungen to support business goals and meet customer needs.
- Analysis of Business Requirements and their implementation in system enhancements and functional solutions.
- Conducting Configuration, Customization, and Testing for SAP Retail based on proven industry practices.
- Identifying System Gaps and Problems and proposing effective solutions and improvements.
- Managing and Coordinating Changes to IT systems.
- Collaborating Closely with stakeholders from the company and designated customer representatives.
- Conducting Internal and External Training in your area of expertise.
- Providing Continuous Support and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of IT solutions.
- Participating in Continuous Improvement Initiatives and supporting business transformation projects.
- Completing Other Tasks Assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a SAP-Retail-Berater, SAP-IS-Retail-Berater, or in a similar functional SAP position.
- Extensive Practical Experience with SAP Retail / IS-Retail.
- Experience in Configuring and Customizing SAP.
- Solid Knowledge of retail business processes and system integrations.
- Experience in Capturing, Analyzing, and Implementing business requirements into system solutions.
- Ability to Identify Problems, Resolve Issues, and Provide Improvement Suggestions.
- Experience in Conducting Workshops and Training and working directly with business stakeholders.
- Strong Communication Skills and stakeholder management competencies.
- Good English Skills in both written and spoken form.
- Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team in an international environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Retail.
- Knowledge of SAP MM and/or SAP SD.
- Experience in International Implementation or Rollout Projects.
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Goods Industry.
