About the Project

You will work directly with the Management and business area leaders, providing analysis and recommendations to support the company's growth. This role combines financial controlling, data analysis, and participation in key planning and reporting processes. You will use modern analytical tools, including Power BI, collaborating with Delivery, Sales, HR, Accounting, and BI teams. The role offers significant exposure to strategic projects and a real impact on the organization's efficiency and results.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing financial result deviations against budgets and forecasts
• Managing BI reports, including ongoing source data verification and collaboration with the BI team
• Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitoring, controlling, and approving operational costs
• Supporting the preparation of financial forecasts and long-term plans
• Collaborating with the accounting department to ensure compliance with applicable laws and accounting standards
• Collaborating with other company departments for data acquisition and verification (including Delivery, Sales, HR, Legal, Administration)
• Participating in external audit processes
• Identifying and assessing financial risks and recommending corrective actions
• Presenting financial data in a clear and understandable manner to Management and other stakeholders
• Preparing ad hoc analyses for Management and other business areas

Requirements

• Higher education in finance, accounting, or related fields
• Several years of experience in a Big Four firm (audit, consulting) is welcome
• Project experience in the service or IT industry is welcome
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (VBA knowledge is a plus)
• Ability to effectively use AI-based tools
• Ability to present data clearly and legibly
• Experience working with Power BI
• Knowledge of the Enova system is welcome
• Accuracy, responsibility, and ability to work under time pressure
