About the Position

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. This role involves financial controlling, data analysis, and participation in key planning and reporting processes. You will use modern analytical tools, including Power BI, and collaborate with teams from Delivery, Sales, HR, Accounting, and BI. This role offers significant exposure to strategic projects and a real impact on the organization's efficiency and results.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial results deviations against budgets and forecasts
- Manage BI reports, including ongoing verification of source data and collaboration with the BI team
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor, control, and approve operational costs
- Support the preparation of financial forecasts and long-term plans
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure compliance with applicable laws and accounting standards
- Work with other departments to gather and verify data (including Delivery, Sales, HR, Legal, Administration)
- Participate in external audit processes
- Identify and assess financial risks and recommend corrective actions
- Present financial data clearly and understandably to the Management Board and other stakeholders
- Prepare ad hoc analyses for the Management Board and other business areas
Requirements
- Higher education in finance, accounting, or related fields
- Several years of experience in a Big Four firm (audit, consulting) is desirable
- Project experience in the service or IT industry is desirable
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (VBA knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to effectively use AI-based tools
- Ability to present data clearly and legibly
- Experience with Power BI
- Knowledge of the Enova system is desirable
- Accuracy, responsibility, and ability to work under time pressure
