We are seeking a Financial Controller for our FMCG industry client, responsible for financial analysis, supporting business decision-making, and collaborating closely with various business units.

Responsibilities

• Preparing financial analyses and management reports to support business decision-making.
• Participating in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyzing sales results, costs, margins, and profitability of products, channels, or categories.
• Monitoring budget execution and analyzing deviations along with identifying their causes.
• Preparing and analyzing key financial and business indicators (KPIs).
• Identifying opportunities for cost optimization and improving business efficiency.
• Improving reporting processes and controlling tools.

Requirements

• Higher education, preferably in finance, economics, controlling, or related fields.
• Minimum of several years of experience in controlling or financial analysis (experience in the FMCG industry is a plus).
• Ability to translate financial data into specific recommendations and insights to support the business.
• Willingness to collaborate with teams outside of finance and controlling, particularly with sales, marketing, logistics, procurement, and accounting.
• Practical knowledge of English, enabling fluent communication in speech and writing.
