About the Position

Labor Management（人事労務シニアスペシャリスト）

We are seeking a Labor Management Senior Specialist to join AnyMind Group, a rapidly growing global IT venture. As a core member of the labor management team, you will be responsible for managing labor and welfare tasks, improving processes, and designing systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of labor management in a dynamic and expanding environment.

Responsibilities

Kinmu Kanri (Attendance Management): Including the establishment of systems and rules.
Kyuyō Keisan Junbi (Salary Calculation Preparation): While the actual calculations are outsourced.
Nyusha/Taishokushutsuki Handshaking: Handling new employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Shussho Bijisha Tetsuki Gyoseki: Managing work visa procedures.
Kaigai Funin Kyūyo Chōsei Gyoseki: Handling overseas assignment salary adjustments.
Sassho Junbi・Un'yō・Chōsei Gyoseki: Including system design and review.
Kyūshoku-sha Taiō: Managing leave of absence.
Shakai Hoken Tetsuki no Seibi・Jōhō Shūshū: Organizing and gathering information for social insurance procedures (actual procedures are outsourced).
Anzen Eisei Kanri Gyoseki: Including industrial physician meetings, hygiene committees, and health check-ups.
Shain e no Moniage Taiō: Responding to employee inquiries, from initial responses to complex cases.
M&A Go no PMI Taiō: Managing post-merger and acquisition integration.
Gyōmu・Wākufuro no AX-ka Purojekuto ni okeru Purojekuto Manejimento: Project management in the AX (AI Transformation) project for business and workflow.

Requirements

[Must]

Experience: 1-2 years or more in HR and labor management tasks such as attendance management, salary calculation preparation, and social insurance procedures.
Self-directed: Ability to investigate and respond to complex employee inquiries independently.
Excel/Google Spreadsheet Skills: Proficiency in functions such as VLOOKUP and SUMIF in daily work.
Adaptability: Ability to respond flexibly and quickly to changes and high-difficulty cases.

[Want]

Sharōshi Certification: Or currently studying for it.
Venture/Startup Experience: Experience working in a venture or startup environment.
Global Company Experience: Experience in labor management in a global company, including coordination with overseas offices and English communication.
Project Participation: Experience participating in business improvement and system implementation projects (AX promotion, BPR, etc.).
English Communication Skills: Ability to communicate in English for business purposes.
M&A/PMI Experience: Experience in managing mergers, acquisitions, and post-merger integration.

We Offer

Working Hours: 10:00 - 19:00
Location: Tokyo Office (Roppongi Hills, 31st Floor)
Days Off: Full weekly two-day weekend (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays), year-end and New Year holidays, paid leave (15 days in the first year), bereavement leave, maternity and paternity leave
