Responsibilities
※ご経験に応じ順次お任せしていきます。
- 勤怠管理（制度・ルール整備含む）
- 給与計算準備（計算自体は外部パートナーに委託しています）
- 入社/退職手続き業務
- 就労ビザ手続き業務
- 海外赴任給与調整業務
- 査定準備・運用・調整業務（制度設計・見直しも含む）
- 休職者対応
- 社会保険手続の整備・情報収集（手続きは外部パートナーに委託しています）
- 安全衛生管理業務（産業医面談、衛生委員会、健康診断）
- 社員への問い合わせ対応（一次回答〜複雑ケースまで自律的に対応）
- M&A後のPMI対応
- 業務・ワークフローのAX化プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント
Requirements
[必須条件]
- 勤怠管理・給与計算準備・社会保険手続などの人事労務業務の実務経験 1〜2年以上
- 社員への複雑な問い合わせに対しても、自ら調査・判断して回答できる方
- Excel / Google スプレッドシートの関数（VLOOKUP、SUMIFなど）を実務で活用できる方
- 変化・高難度ケースにも柔軟かつ迅速に対応できる方

- 社労士資格保有者、または取得に向けて学習中の方
- ベンチャー・スタートアップ環境での就業経験
- グローバル企業での労務実務経験（海外拠点との連携・英語対応含む）
- 業務改善・システム導入プロジェクトへの参加経験（AX推進・BPR等）
- 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力
- M&A・PMI対応の経験
