Our company is looking for an English coach, who will help our team to improve their language skills and get prepared to the interviews with our clients from software development industry.

By working with us you will be able to learn new things yourself, use various new tools and meet a lot of cool people!

Responsibilities

• 🎤 Conduct mock interviews with QA Engineers and developers
• 🔎 Perform English assessment with new team members
• 💬 Conduct speaking clubs with the team
• 📝 Provide short catch-ups with the team to give advice on the things they need to work on
• 📚 Tailor materials for different activities (speaking club, mock interviews, etc.)
• 🤌 Improve existing teaching frameworks in the company and introducing new ones

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
• Experience in teaching
• Responsibility and ownership
• Positive attitude and cheerfulness, enjoyment from working with people
• Experience working with digital tools for education

Nice to Have

• Certificate that proves level of English (like IELTS, TOEFL, CAT, etc.)
• Experience teaching IT specialists
• Basic understanding of responsibilities of QA Engineers, Developers, Project Manager roles
• Skills building teaching materials with tools like Canva and Notion
• Experience integrating LLMs in work pipelines (ChatGPT or Claude)
