Lead Account Management Groceries Romania

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is a leading local delivery platform operating in around 65 countries worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to join our QCommerce team in Bucharest, Romania, and drive growth in the grocery sector.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with top Glovo partners in Romania.
• Execute plans to grow partners through technical understanding, marketing activations, and performance analysis.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure business performance.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for partners and operational improvements.
• Onboard new partners and meet monthly/quarterly objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment.
• Report to the Head of Q-commerce.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in managing large corporate accounts.
• Knowledge of the Retail & Grocery industry.
• Passion for technology and problem-solving.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Autonomous and self-motivated.
• Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs, MS Office, and Salesforce.
• Full proficiency in Romanian and fluent in English.
