Lead Account Manager Groceries Romania

Glovo is seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Senior Strategic Account Manager to join our QCommerce team and drive the growth of our grocery partners in Romania. This role is pivotal in advancing our mission to revolutionize the shopping experience for millions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with top Glovo partners in Romania.
• Establish excellent relationships through consistent and proactive communication.
• Identify partner needs and build engagement through meetings and business reviews.
• Draw and execute plans to make partners grow.
• Analyze main KPIs and ensure growth.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for partners and operational improvements.
• Get feedback from partners and translate it into product, marketing, and operations improvements.
• Onboard new partners on our platform.
• Meet monthly and quarterly objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment.
• Report to the Head of Q-commerce.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in managing large corporate accounts.
• Knowledge of the Retail & Grocery industry.
• Passion for technology, tools, and technical solutions.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Problem-solving with high analytical and commercial skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Autonomous and self-motivated.
• Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs, MS Office, and Salesforce.
• Full proficiency in Romanian and fluent in English.
